I am MD. Mehdi Hassan Mollah, currently serving as a Key Account Manager & Social Media Manager at American Best IT Ltd. In this dual role, I take on a wide range of responsibilities that combine client relationship management with strategic digital marketing.
As a Key Account Manager, I focus on nurturing strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique business needs, and delivering tailored IT solutions to help them achieve their goals. I ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams, oversee project timelines, and maintain the highest standards of service delivery. My role involves not only retaining existing clients but also identifying opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling additional services.
In my capacity as a Social Media Manager, I lead the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies designed to elevate brand presence and drive customer engagement. I manage end-to-end campaign planning, content creation, and analytics, ensuring alignment with each client’s objectives.
